the 69th that met
the Russians.  Ate
3 fried eggs, bread & butter
& delicious cow's milk
in German's civilian'a house Sunday.
The Germans were tickled to hear
that Americans were in
the area at last.  They
pray for the Am. to come
because the Russians
are so brutal.  French
working commando
gave us pie & a loaf
of bread.  Had macaroni
later with Russians
Bergsdorf - Saxdorf -
Muhlberg - Wenberg
Apr 27 Every body stays in camp
now by order of the Russians.  had
delicious pancakes for breakfast
Normal day - weather still very nice.
Apr. 28 Stomach aches from too
much eating - eating very little
today.  Runs.
