23rd Breakfast egg omelet
oatmeal, bread, jam - coffee
pineapple juice. Norm
went to hospital with
plueresy. Expect to be moved
to Le Harve at any time.
Rumors that 21 day furlough
has been extended to 60.
Waiting at train station
expected to leave 4 hrs. ago.
Don't know when we will go.
Finally left about 6. Travelled
till 10 the next morning ate
2 meals on the way. Arr. Cp.
Lucky Strike Disappointed to
learn that we may not
leave for a month.
24th Food is marvelous.
German PW's do all the
work. We have nothing
at all to do. U.S.O. shows
movies.
